The training course is focused on Packaging and Labelling requirements for the Food Entrepreneurs as per Food Safety and Standards (Packaging) Regulation, 2018; Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020; and Food Safety and Standards (Advertising and Claims) Regulation, 2018. 

The Packaging and Labeling regulations play a crucial role in the food industry for the Food Entrepreneurs to meet the regulatory compliance. Further, these regulations encourage fair trade practices, protect consumer interests, advance health and safety, and supply vital product information, among other things.
